COUNSELING
Counseling is an effective way to find clarity, understand behavior patterns in yourself or your family
members, and to treat challenges we come across in our daily lives. Change, particularly lasting change, takes time and effort.
The process and pace is up to you. Generally most individuals find relief from immediate concerns within a few sessions
but to make longer-term progress, ongoing therapy is often useful. This can be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly, depending on
the issue and your needs. We can talk together to decide what might be the most helpful for your situation.

TREATMENT MODALITIES FOR COUNSELING My counseling style is interactive and
pragmatic, utilizing a family systems approach, cognitive restructuring, addictions theory, intuitive energy reading, brief
and solution focus therapy, breath work and dream analysis. Together we will work to create more effective ways for you to
perceive and respond, work on family history charting, expand knowledge of your situation, communication skill building and
other modalities, depending on your needs.
